Job Description:

At Crown Perth, memorable experiences are created by being passionate and working together. Bistro Guillaume’s Senior Chef de Partie will be responsible for overseeing a section of the kitchen to ensure that the overall operation runs smoothly and effectively in the absence of the Chef de Cuisine, Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef. You will also be responsible for making sure that operational standards are maintained in accordance to Crown Perth’s five star standards and that the cuisine stays true to Guillaume’s vision.

Job Requirements:

• Trade Papers or Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a qualified position
• Sound knowledge of good safety and hygiene practices
• Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with colleagues
• Proven ability in organising and prioritising tasks
