If you're skipping the stress of hosting Thanksgiving this year, consider one of the many St. Louis restaurants offering places to dine or pick up prepared dishes and entrées. The following list has been ordered by type, then from least to most expensive, unless otherwise noted. - Ameristar Casino: Landmark Buffet is offering a $27.95 per person Thanksgiving buffet, 11 a.m.–8:30 p.m.
- River City Casino: Thanksgiving buffet is $29.95 per person, 11 a.m.–8:30 p.m.
- Hollywood Casino: The Eat Up Buffet, for $29.99, includes Thanksgiving favorites such as a roasted carved turkey, maple brined roasted turkey, glazed ham, and options for seafood lovers, such as salmon oscar and the option to add crab legs for $12.99.

- Boundary at the Cheshire: Thanksgiving buffet with a limited menu for $58 per person and $18 for children ages four-12, 11 a.m.–4 p.m.
- Provinces Grille at theHilton St. Louis Frontenac: Regular hours, with a Thanksgiving brunch for $58 per person and $29 per child between 3 and 12, 11 a.m.–2 p.m.
- The Last Kitchen at The Last Hotel: A buffet for $60 (includes tax and tip) is available at three seating times, 12 p.m., 2:30 p.m., and 5 p.m. Visit Eventbrite to reserve a spot.
- Grand Tavern by David Burke: The new restaurant is offering a three-course semi-traditional Thanksgiving dinner (with a traditional roasted turkey as the main appeal) for $65 per person and $25 for children ages 5–12. 11 p.m.–10 p.m.
- The Prestonat The Chase Park Plaza: Thanksgiving brunch in Starlight Ballroom for $78 per adult and $25 for children between 6 and 12,11 a.m.–1:30 p.m.

- Cinder House: Thanksgiving buffet available from 11 a.m.–3 p.m. for $95 per person or $39 for children ages 5 to 12 and free for children ages 4 and under. A special dinner menu will be served after that.
- The Ritz-Carlton, St. Louis: Thanksgiving brunch in The Restaurant, for $95 per adult, $47.50 for children between 5 and 12 years,10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Dinner in The Grill, for $99 for adults, $49.50 for children between 5 and 12 years, 4:30 p.m.–7:30 p.m.

- Union 30: Plated, smoked turkey dinner includes a glass of wine. Price still TBD but 'under $20.' Served after 2 p.m.
- Pangea: Jessie Gilroy's restaurant in New Town is the only one we know of that's offering a Thanksgiving meal and serving it family style, including dessert. $23 adults/$12 children. Details in comment section below. Vegan/vegetarian options are available. 2 p.m. - 6 p.m.
- Candicci's Restaurant: Buffet for $24.99 per person, $8.99 for children between 5 and 10, 11 a.m–5 p.m. Call 636-220-8989 for reservations.
- Walnut Grill: All locations will have a Thanksgiving Buffet for $28.95 per person and $16.95 for children between 6 and 12, 11 a.m.–7 p.m.
- Cooper's Hawk: Open regular hours with a thanksgiving menu, $28.99 per person and $12.99 for children 12 and under, 11 a.m.–9:30 p.m.
- Weber Grill Restaurant: Serving a three-course plated dinner, $29.95 for adults, $10.95 for children 10 and under. 11 a.m. - 9 p.m.
- Bishop's Post: Brunch buffet, $34.95 adults and $15 kids 12 and under, 10 a.m.–2 p.m. Turkey dinner, hand-carved with all the trimmings, $19, 4 p.m–8 p.m. Reservations are preferred.
- Ruth's Chris: All locations open and will be offering a Thanksgiving Day menu for $41.95 per person and $14.95 per child, Noon–7 p.m.
- Bristol Seafood: The seafood eatery will be serving regular brunch buffet items, plus roasted turkey, cornbread and sausage stuffing, mashed potatoes, and other T-day classics. Adults $42; $20 children 12 and under; children younger than 3 eat free. 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
